Kuro Hishikami ~Kusakage~ [WIP]

The Beginning of an Era
Kuro was born in a difficult age. His clan had been separated form the world, or other ninja villages since the second great shinobi war and had found refuge in the Village hidden in the Grass. As a clan they had stayed under the radar, meeting secretly, and it wasn’t until sometime after the Third great shinobi war that they rose up to defend the village. The reasons for their moving to the Hidden grass, or where they moved form is unknown to many now except those in the clan whom know if their history. Kuro was born however at the end of a century and was soon brought into a world of war. The Great war with the bijuu and resurrected legends was just around the corner. Kuro’s father was a shinobi and a village/clan historian, so as a child he was brought up hearing stories and history of the great names to walk the land in the past. To follow his father, whom he held to high regard in his life, Kuro joined the ninja Academy as soon as he could, having his father help him when necessary to advance fast. He graduated a full half year earlier then the rest of his class to become one of the youngest Genin in the village History. He was immediately given a team, even somewhat advanced team with a chuunin in it and was put to work.

Growth Through War
However the team was not meant to last. One mission, after the team had only had the chance to complete, maybe a handful a very dangerous situation crossed their teams path. They were coming back from a B rank information retrieval mission when they stumbled upon the beginnings of war. A group that was unknown to the world, was trying to rise up along side the Akautski, the Ronami. Mask wearing Oni looking people, all powerful missing nin long ago forgotten. They were not, luckily as powerful as the Akautski, and their leaders consisted of 4 A ranked nin and a small legion of B and C ranked criminals that served as their little army. This was the battle that started the Hidden Grasses private war that no doubt helped the world in the long run.

Upon coming back to the village, they found their home under attack, and was able to halt the first plan to seal the village itself, a whole village in a scroll. The battle outside the village was hard, but helped halt the plans and Kuro’s team was able to apprehend one of the Romni’s A ranked leaders right off the bat. Their sealing specialist in fact. Kuro’s team was ordered to watch him after each interrogation and, after countless attempts to enter his mind failed Kuro, finally decided to talk to him. A simple genin in his eyes, he felt almost obligated to gloat of how they were gonna kill the village and piss on the remains, trying to scare the boy. However through his gloating, Kuro was able to unwittingly cause him to give out key information of planned attacks or possible attacks. Along with that, Kuro was able to trick out information about sealing techniques, already being form a skilled clan of Fuuinjustu users and jutsu, his knowledge was only growing, before the man was reached in another attack in the village and died form a Kunai, thrown by the enemy to silence the now weak link. However it was this very attack, that Kuro was able to take a kunai to protect the Kusakage and eliminate a threat to his life. After the enemy was driven out, the Kusakage, eternally grateful to the young man, promoted him for his skill and loyalty to Chuunin.

Unending Battle, Pain is a friend
Finally getting on their feet and clearly looking into the face of this beast called war that had blindsided the Village, The plan for a counter attack was made. Still not knowing the location of their base, the village sent out three teams, to check key point in their own land, Kuro headed one of these teams. It seems that the Kage had such faith in his abilities he was promoted to an ANBU position in the village and was meant to deliver quick vengeance to this enemy. He was prepared for this fully, thinking of all the innocent lost to this faceless enemies squabbles for power and needless bloodshed. His was not the team that discovered the base location/encampment, however his was the 1st to make it at night fall. Upon news of the location, the team fell back and sent word to the other teams and the village. Kuro, leading the team decided to move forward instead of falling back for new orders. He knew that since they were spotted they’d either attack or try to move, either way he would be proactive in his small unit of 3 men, and either trail or launch an attack. He saw an opportunity and had his men spread out, readying his retreat, as he snuck into the back side of the base. The leaders meeting tent was on a small island, int he middle of a great lake, with a water fall at it’s back and a cliffside as well, a full forest covering them. A great hiding spot, but also great for cover for the sneaky nin.

Using the cliff face and the water fall for cover, he made his way to the back of the island,and into the tent duding a meeting. He listened for as long as the meeting lasted and upon the end, as they left he struck, catching the group of 3 A ranked men off guard and eliminating one of them taking what was his great hammers, The Yama Kobushi, and with their help defending himself long enough to make it to his fellow shinobi and getting away. It wasn’t as clean as a get away as it sounds. He still took much physical damage, multiple shuriken and kunai protruding form his body in many places and upon making to a clearing, the other ANBU agents examined the extent of the damage. He was losing blood fast and his wounds were great. His life was diminishing and it was a miracle he was even alive. They, instead of killing him, rushed him back to the village, making slower progress, since his hands would not come form the handles of the hammers but, he made it back, and spent almost a full 2 days in extensive care and surgery. Then a following 2 weeks in a hospital bed, it should have been 3, but he, even bandaged, forced himself up and armored up. His village was in war, and one that could spill over to everyone if they didn't stop it here. Before leaving, the Kusakage, met with him, commending his bravery and exceptional tactics and promoted him yet again to Jonin. A title now well deserving of a man who was becoming a name to be recognized, forged through war and carrying a hope of the village.

Grace in Fire
Moving forward with life, this was a time that he began to develop a defiant mastery over the earth and he was becoming known for his exceptional wisdom and use of the Doton style. His mighty hammers shook the ground and the fact that he used the weapons that once belonged to a general of the enemy broke their moral. This was was beginning to take a turn, from the mindless and unknowing Village of Grass, to the Mighty Grass beating a hole in the dumb asses who started a war they looked as if they could not finish. Kuro only had a few more missions as an ANBU operative, before a skilled genin squads Jonin leader was killed. He was instructed to be their leader and help keep them alive, having seen enough of the front line battle. He lead them well and developed strong relationships with them, thinking of them as his younger brothers and sister or even his own children. It was in this time, he fell in love with one of their mothers, who had lost her husband in a raid on the village. Love blossomed all around Kuro in the heat of the war. It seemed to be coming to a close and although he would have rather waited till the conclusion of the war, he proposed, and he was married to her in the heart of war, Love existed. The village was lightened by the beauty and renewal of love while all they had known for so long was war. He was able to spend time training the team and help the village defend it’s self, with special defenses and most of all enjoy loving his new son and make another with his new wife. Twins on the way, a boy and a girl, his heart was lifted.

Word came, that the leaders were all gathered with their remaining numbers and the Village was to send their best to eliminate them once and for all. Kuro was selected for this and although it pained his hear to be pulled away from his team and most of all his family he went, for his village and the safety of his family. However a twist of fate he could never have imagined in his darkest nightmares. The information had been faulty and incorrect. The village was attacked, by a jutsu they never seen before. An entire section of the village was destroyed by it, and countless died. A fire type maybe, for all the people not directly his simply turned to ash as they tried to run. Frozen ash statues were left for a full month as a symbol of the graves of the villages mindless mistake. The forces of the enemy had been crippled and even without their best shinobi the Grass was able to drive them away, but upon returning Kuro learned that his family, were now ash, and he could be heard in his sorrow all around the village and well out of it, as he cried in his loss, kneeling before their ash remains, his son, trying to move his pregnet mother away, and the others of his team trying to help. The ash showed three small figures, all hands on a woman's figure pulling her along. A heavy rain came, causing the ash figures to fall in small clouds of ash, washing the area as if to cleanse it. This only awakened a rage within Kuro. His eyes, a deep red from the tears, but a look of vengeance within his cold glare, permanently printed on his face.

He sought blood for his loss, it was the only thing that would satisfy him. he requested every mission, considered dangerous and deadly and essentially went back to his ANBU career, once a Killer always a killer. He became very dark during this, believing that if anyone was to die it should have been him for taking the mission away from the village not the village and those he loved. He was a force of pain and vengeance for not only himself, but the entire village. Putting all their hate and pain of loss and suffering in him for fuel as he sought to finally end this war with the enemies blood for his lost love. A part of himself had died, replaced by darkness. He slaughtered enemy after enemy, disregarding his own ingury or pain sustained in battle, pushing forward in the ever slimming enemy numbers. He made it a point to make a battle between himself and another one of the enemy generals seen, a spectacle for both his men and the enemy to watch. In the end, he had the man, both of them covered in blood, but the other man crawling away as Kuro lifted him up to his knees and beheaded him, casting the head to the remaining enemies who proceeded to scatter. Kuro was becoming a legend. His pain and that of the village had been a fire, forging a man that was held above the rest. His great Kusakage dubbed him a Sannin of the village, a shinobi to go down in history and be a strong source of support for the village.

The End...Should be Mine
A Legend in the village as they rebuilt the village and finished up the loose ties of this war. He oversaw much of the reconstruction as the final attack came. In a last ditch effort, the remaining leaders and enemy forces charged the weakened portion of the village. Not again, Kuro and others leaped to stop them. Battling, it seemed to last for days as the war took it’s final tolls on the village. Shinobi fell form both sides, but in the end, a duel between Kuro and one of the remaining generals, and The Kusakage and the other was what decided everything. It was long fought, but ultimately, Kuro wasn’t gonna let this be his down fall, slaying his opponent and taking his weapon, The staff of Eternal Peace, as his prize, and rushed over to his Kusakages aid. Tears of sadness and rage filled his eyes to see his master struck down. However the leader of the village was able to deliver a death blow to the man as well, finishing the leaders for good. The cleanup took a hour, to eliminate or imprison the remaining forces, with the enraged Kuro picking them apart like on would one would shoot fish in a barrel. Ending the war that had lasted far to long and taken far to much form the village.

Time pasted, as he continued to oversee the villages repair, as the highest ranking Sannin and member of the village. He refused to take the Kage position at first, just wanting to over see the reconstruction and security measure of the newly forming and recovering Village. It seemed he was taking as much time to truly recover himself form all of his emotional scars that this war had carved into him, spending many of his sleepless night under the stars, teary eyed or in the bar nursing bottle after bottle to drown the sorrow.

Lost Wits
he might have been the first choice for the New Kusakage, but he wasn’t yet ready fro the position. He would first make sure the village was secure and overcome his own demons, of which their were now plenty. Slowly, the village was rebuilt, and it’s securities re-established and strengthen,as was Kuro’s health and mind. His age was growing ever more, having lived this long was a feat and even through a war, ad miracle and testament to his great skill. He continued to serve as a council to the younger Kusakage but soon, 2 years after the repairs finished, a new threat emerged. One that forced the Greater villages to ban together and form a ninja alliance to combat the great bijuu and legends past. The current kage had no idea what to do, get involved or not. A threat soon came to them and the Kusakage went himself to meet it and made a commandment before he left. That if he were to die, Kuro was to assume position as Kusakage without exception and not allowing him to get out of it this time. Kuro begged him to reconsider, to send him instead, not wanting the village to lose another leader. The younger man acting as Kusakage looked sternly at Kuro and in a private meeting told him that this whole time he had been the Kage, advising him the way he was and the village would not lose a leader and that was exactly why he was to stay. He would only assume a title the village had recognized him as anyway. Stunned, Kuro watched them move off and move to address the threat and assist the allied shinobi forces.

The village waited for word for a week, then discovered two survivors. The Kusakage was dead, and Kuro was now the leader of the village. No one questioned it or disagreed. It seemed the man was right, they already acknowledged him as their Kusakage, this was merely a title for the now old man. An official ceremony was given and immediately following, he was brought up to speed with the situation. Immediately his fuuinjustu was going to be an invaluable asset in this conflict that eh decided the Hidden Grass would stay out of for as long as possible, to avoid more pointless attention of a war. The Fourth great ninja war as it seemed, was observed by the minor villages as the greater villagers were destroyed in the attempt to stop this “Madara Uchiha” and separate the Ten tailed beast, releasing once again the Bijuu. The hidden grass saw the opportunity and Kuro immediately ordered the acquiring of these great assets.

End in Sight, New Day Emerges
The war came to an end and the world was reconfigured as it seemed. SOme of the greatest names in the shinobi world were seen, some for the second time, and many were killed, erased from this life. The great villages themselves were no more then rubble and the minor villages it seemed rose to power. A new Era and world was open, Kuro at the head of the Hidden Grass, a great village only limited, now by him. He would not let himself be a limitation for the village, and he would lead it to prosperity. Dedicated to be the leader they needed. He was an old man now, but he was not dead yet, years gone but still others remained, he would easily be one of the oldest leaders of any village, but that was fine, he was still powerful and he had seen the darkness, only light now should remain and he would bring the village that light if it meant reaching into heaven himself and taking it. His rule as Kusakage would be a great one, that much was certain.

Description: Gathering chakra in the hand to cause it to glow, the user then preforms hand signs, cupping the hands at the end. A small dark ball of earth forms in the hands, is then thrown. The ball erupts at the users signal, like an exploding tag. It does no explosion damage, simply erupts and send small pebbles everywhere. Mostly a distraction, but since the time was taken to focus the chakra, the small pebbles can stick to things or people and be tracked later. After 6 posts after a battle the users chakra completely fades and tracking cannot continue this way.

Description: Haru completes a set of hand signs and slams his hands on the ground. The ground anywhere in a 10 meter area around him can be effected, as in specific spots not the entire 10 meters, and in there he can cause a pole of earth to shoot from the ground a few feet. The pole only raises about 3 feet out of the ground. But whatever is above it gets launched into the air.

After a set of hand signs, the ground will erupt around an opponent and cover them in a dome. The user then thrusts their hands into the thick dome, not through but in, causing chakra to flow around the dome strengthening it. The barrier will repair when damages and requires A rank or above techniques to break, and even then can repair. The back end in relation to the user is the weak point. The user can even manipulate the stone, forming spikes within and around the dome.

Description: Forming hand signs the ground will shoot into the air above the intended person the wish to trap and form a giant boar-shaped lid that then falls over the target trapping them. Can be broken out of using B rank and up Techniques, small holes line the top of the lid. The size varies with the amount of chakra put in it.

Description: The user flows chakra through all parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Release ninjutsu. THey can cover single parts of their body if chosen.

Description:The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defense. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Also, for a Kage-class shinobi it is possible to create a vast volume of earth. When used by Kakashi he creates a wall composed of bulldog sculptures to box-in Pain. Kuro’s wall has an intricate ivy patten along it and a big tree design in it’s center, representing his clan.

Description: After creating Hand signs, a large dragons head will rise form the ground or wherever they are next to them, and open it’s large mouth, thus firing Large boulders at high speeds at the command of the user. The user gives chakra to the creation to continue firing but of they stop then the creation will harden and be inactive and simply be a dragon head seeming to rise out of the ground.

It is a brute, that obeys only the one who created it, and has a great deal of brute strength taking large explosions and maintaining it’s form. It can act as a great ally and shield, but has a weakness to raiton attacks. The user can consume rock adn preform a few hand signs to spit out multiple golems, no more then

Description: This powerful technique allows the user to form rocks around their body, seemingly out of their body, and then spread it over whatever they touch or whoever they touch form any part of their body. This in turns covers the person in rock, greatly increasing their weight and is a form of petrification. If not shattered in 3 posts, it will be irreversible, unless the user touches them again and pulls the stone back.

Description: It seemingly continuously resurrects a large number of slain people as zombies, but with none of their rationality, physical prowess, or technique at their disposal. They are fairly easy to destroy. If the technique is deactivated either by the user or if the user is killed, the zombies will immediately turn to dust.

It requires a large amount of chakra to activate and the user must remain close to where the technique was cast because it continuously draws a certain amount of chakra from them and tries in with their emotions, and is how they control the zombies, directing them and mobilizing them in a way. If they travel to far the chakra connection will be lost, slowly causing the ground to revert back and the zombies to slowly crumble to dust until they are gone as well as the user losses the control over them.

Description: The user pushes their chakra along something they are holding and ignites a part or all of it adding burning damage to their strikes as fire erupts.A skilled user can do this and also preform a burst of chakra creating a circular wall of flame around themselves to hit multiple close enemies at once.

Description: Kuro gathers chakra and without hand signs can unleash a torrent of flame in a column from his mouth and maintain it as long as he is willing t spend the chakra. It is incredibly hot and can catch almost anything it touches on fire.

Name: Hells Fury

Description: A special technique developed by Kuro. Utilizing his fire elements, he channels his chakra to his palm, where it manifests as a ball of chakra. He then spins it, while adding more chakra, while not increasing the size more then a softball, because he condenses it, packing the chakra in for a bigger impact. Then, he begins to allow his Katon energy to influence the chakra, turing the blue ball black, and soon, crimson red fire engulfs his hands and the ball. He is now ready to use the technique.
~The technique is used by making physical contact with something, or triggering it close to it. The result is a huge release of spiraling fire chakra that can creates a huge crater upon impact. Anything within 5 meters of the impact zone will immediately turn to ash and everything 10 meters outside of that will catch fire. Past that is simply blown away from the area. The jutsu leaves burns on the hand and arm of the user, and using twice in a fight will leave third degree burns on that arm. No more then one use per fight is recommended without allowing time for the burns to heal.

Description:The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power.[2] Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description:This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand which fires at a high speed towards the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale fire release techniques, and can be increased easily with the assistance of a wind technique. It does require hand signs.

Name: Water Release: Rising Water Slicer

Description: The user can form the needed hand signs and then wave their arms, as if throwing something. The result is a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock. This jutsu can cast up to 5 of these jets per time used.

Description: The user creates a whip made of water that can wrap around the opponent. The user can also funnel lightning chakra to shock anyone wrapped in it.
It is created by the user gathering chakra to the hand, the hand appearing to be covered in water, or water appearing in the palm like a ball. Then the user can throw a water cord as if it were a whip or rope. It has sufficient strength and can be made stringer with the user giving it more chakra. It can even take on an appearance, such as a chain rather then a cord, if molded by the users will and chakra.

Description:This is a technique which creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This only works up to the rank of the ninja. For example: Genin can undo C-Rank genjutsu, Chuunin undo B-Rank, Jounin undo A-Rank, and only Kage can undo S-Rank. Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.
