Space-Time Ninjutsu:Space–Time Ninjutsu (時空間忍術, Jikūkan Ninjutsu; Literally meaning "Time-Space Ninja Techniques")are techniques that allow the users to manipulate the space–time continuum. By manipulating a specific point of space, the user can warp anything targeted into a dimensional void and teleport it to another location instantaneously. Minato Namikaze, Madara Uchiha, and Tobirama Senju are all noted as skilled users of space-time ninjutsu.All summoning-based techniques are space–time manipulation related, as they warp the targets through a dimensional void to the summoner's location.Space-time ninjutsu will only be given to S rank shinobi. If you have any space time ninjutsu that allows you to teleport or travel to another dimensional void it my only permited to be used once a topic.This is to stop any from teleporting because they want to doge every attack coming their way. You must reglate space time minpulation with handsigns. I don't want to see any jutsu using space-time with no hand signs. You are also not allowed to stop your opponent by freezeing time and attack them killing them. The is God Moding and will not be allowed. You can use space Ninjutsu to make you the speed of lighting or just compelely untouchble by anyone. Yes I'm aware the justu could be used to control your own speed. More Restriction will be posted for Space Time Ninjutsu as I think of them.Only three ninja can have space time ninjutsu and must be S ranked.

Kirin:
Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot, lightning technique invented by Sasuke Uchiha. He draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his strike and controls it with chakra. Due to the technique using natural lightning, which Zetsu says reaches the ground in 1/1000th of a second, it is one of the most powerful lightning techniques. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency; if there are no active thunder clouds the user must create them by using fire techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions.
Once a lightning source has been acquired, shaping and guiding the lightning to the target requires very little chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. The technique can completely annihilate a mountain. Kirin requires two hole post to charge fully. If there are no clouds you can not use the ability because it requires it.
The Mangekyō Sharingan (万華鏡写輪眼; Literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye") is an advanced form of the Sharingan that has only been activated by a handful of Uchiha. Strain the user after every period of use and cause them to slowly go blind.
Susanoo is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, after the ability in both eyes have been awakened.[1] It creates a gigantic, spiritual humanoid being that surrounds and protects the user. According to Madara Uchiha, for a Sharingan user to activate the Susanoo is a rarity.[2] Like the other techniques granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, the user's eyes and body are strained while using Susanoo because it consumes a large amount of their chakra. Sasuke described it as feeling pain in every cell in his body which only grew from prolonged use.[3] Susanoo is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such it may differ in appearance and colour between users. The Jutsu takes four post to form. After one use of this jutsu will cause you to loose a 1/4 th of your eye sight causing you to go blind faster.
Amaterasu is the highest level Fire Release technique,[2] and according to Zetsu, one of the most powerful ninjutsu in existence.[3] It is said to represent the "Material World and Light" (物質界と光, Busshitsukai to Hikari), the antipode to Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu of similar power and a fellow Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu. The justu pust a strain on ones eye making them bleed.One use of this jutsu will take 1/10 th of your eye health away.
According to Zetsu, Tsukuyomi is one of the most powerful genjutsu in existence.[2] It is unique to the Uchiha clan and only those with the Mangekyō Sharingan can perform it. It is said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness" (精神界と闇, Seishinkai to Yami), the antipode to Amaterasu, a ninjutsu of similar power. Every use will take 1/10 th of your eye sight away
